Do you make deliveries?
We ship to you with payment on site at Econt with cash on delivery, but in case you wish to order candies as a gift, you can pay their value together with the delivery by bank transfer.
The delivery cost is determined by the courier.
When should I expect my order?
Handmade takes a minimum of 3-4 business days. In our studio, all products are made, decorated, inscribed and packaged by hand. We do not keep stocks of products and everything is made to order so that it is in the freshest possible condition when you receive it. Delivery time takes from 3 to 7 business days after confirmation of your order. During major holidays (such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, March 8, etc.) there may be a delay in deliveries due to the large volume of holiday orders and the workload in our production.
All orders placed outside of business hours, on weekends, or during national and public holidays are processed on the first business day following the day the order is received.
How do I pay for the order?
We ship to you with payment on site at Econt with cash on delivery, but in case you wish to order candies as a gift, you can pay their value together with the delivery by bank transfer.
Is there a risk that the chocolate will melt during delivery?
We carefully assess the conditions for each delivery and, if necessary, pack in thermal insulation packaging and add a cooler to the box with your order.
What is the expiration date?
Our products are fresh and contain fresh fruit, milk, cream, etc., therefore
They have a short shelf life, which depends on how they are stored and can range from 1 to 3 months.
What is the method of storing candy?
All chocolate products are sensitive to heat and sun, and the fillings contain dairy products, fruits, etc. ingredients that can spoil if not stored properly. The optimal storage temperatures are from 12 to 16 degrees, free from moisture and sun.
